Andrew Papale, PhD



Andrew is a first year Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Neurobiology.  He studied physics at Juniata College as an undergraduate.  For his graduate work he researched decision making and hippocampal electrophysiology at the University of Minnesota.  At the University of Pittsburgh, Andrew studies mechanisms of skill learning in motor cortex.  In his spare time, Andrew likes to take his dog Lexie for walks.  He looks forward to the fun and challenge of being the 2017 UPPDA Communications Chair.
