You can’t always get what you want, but sometimes you can! During this interactive session, participants will identify the benefits of negotiating for both professional and personal success; learn the “dos” and “don’ts” of negotiating; and develop a tool-kit of tips and strategies for negotiating successfully. Participants will also have an opportunity to practice negotiating to learn how to effectively communicate with their boss, colleagues, and staff.
