Traci Clymer, PhD

Traci is a postdoc in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering under Drs. Gilbertson, Ng, and Khanna. She is currently working on a collaborative project to better understand the compounds that are produced when polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are degraded and the hazards they pose to human health and the environment. She previously completed a postdoctoral appointment at the George Washington University under Jakub Kostal focused on utilizing computational chemistry methods to inform safer chemical design. Traci earned her PhD in Computational Chemistry in 2015 from Duquesne University.
