Evaluation:ย ย
A panel of postdocs will evaluate short essays based on four criteria: Depth of Experience, Impactful Storytelling, Connection to Motivation, and Writing Clarity and Style. The winners will be announced on December 15, and their work will be exhibited in the January 2024 newsletter of the UPPDA.ย ย
